Hot-melt adhesive films are film products available with or without release liners, and can be easily used in both continuous and intermittent operations. They are widely applicable for bonding various fabrics, papers, and polymer materials.

TPU Hot Melt Adhesive Film Series

Hot melt adhesive A胶 film is a type of tape. Release paper Or film products without release liners can be easily processed continuously or Batch operation It can be widely used on various fabrics and papers. Polymer materials Bonding. I. Tools for bonding small-area surfaces:
Heat press machines and heat-transfer printers, as well as irons, operate at temperatures ranging from 100°C to 180°C. The specific temperature setting depends on factors such as the melting point of the hot-melt adhesive film, the thickness of the bonding material, the thermal conductivity of the bonding material, and operational efficiency. The pressure should be maintained between 0.5 and 1.5 kg/cm², and the pressing time should be adjusted between 10 and 20 seconds according to actual conditions. If the pressure is too low, the bond strength will decrease; if the pressure is too high, glue may easily seep out.

Take the example of pasting a trademark (operational sequence):

1. Place the back side of the trademark face up, densely arranged on the working surface of the flat press machine. Alternatively, you can apply adhesive to the entire uncut trademark or embroidered label, then cut it into individual trademarks or embroidered labels.
2. Place the adhesive side of the film facing the back of the trademark, with the paper on the back of the adhesive side facing the heated surface of the heat press.
3. After the press machine reaches the specified temperature, press the down-pressure handle to perform the hot-pressing operation.
4. After pressing the trademark, once it has cooled, peel off the protective paper from its back side.
5. Cut the trademark with hot melt adhesive into individual labels.
6. Labels with adhesive can be packaged and sold to garment factories.
7. After receiving the adhesive-backed labels, the garment factory places the labels—with hot-melt adhesive facing the area of the garment where they are to be applied—and applies heat pressure for about 15 seconds. The label will then adhere firmly to the garment.
