When mixed at a 1:1 ratio, the resulting coated adhesive can achieve a viscosity of up to 10,000.
It exhibits excellent heat resistance in summer and does not foam. (Measured with acetone, its viscosity can reach 7,000–8,000; measured with methyl ethyl ketone, its viscosity can exceed 10,000.)
Features and Applications
Bonding of materials such as aluminum-plastic composites, wood-plastic composites, and steel-plastic composites. TPU resin adhesives are primarily used for bonding aluminum alloys or wood-plastic materials with materials like PE, PVC, and genuine leather. They offer advantages such as fast curing speed, excellent heat resistance, and superior aging resistance. These adhesives can be applied to aluminum alloy doors and windows, integrated wardrobes, interior wall and ceiling decorations, and more.
Instructions for use
This product is non-hazardous and should be stored and transported according to general material handling practices. The net weight is 25 kg per bag, or 40 bags per pallet, totaling 1,000 kg. Store in a cool, dry place.
