As a targeted product in the screen-printing ink field, JT-2022 boasts a low Tg temperature (-33℃) as its core advantage. It exhibits outstanding adhesion and anti-blocking performance, and its pigment and filler dispersion is exceptionally convenient, ensuring that screen-printed products feature clear patterns and strong adhesion.

Designed for a medium Tg temperature (29℃), it is suitable for a variety of applications including clear coat, ink, and footwear coating spraying. Its solid content can reach 40%-50%, balancing flexibility with stability, and boasts a wide range of applications.

Synthesized using a special polyol, it exhibits an expanded solubility range (soluble in solvents such as MEK, acetone, THF, PMA, and EAC). With a moderate Tg temperature (32°C) and outstanding adhesion and anti-blocking properties, it provides a reliable quality guarantee for high-end ink and coating products.

The product series features consistent operating logic: Add the solvent into the mixing vessel according to the specified ratio, then turn on the power to start the impeller rotation. Afterward, slowly add the weighed TPU resin (the stirring speed can be slightly increased, but the resin addition rate should be slowed down to prevent clumping). The operation is simple and easy to learn.
 

All products are non-hazardous and can be stored and transported like ordinary plastic items. They come in standard packaging—25 kg per bag and 1,000 kg per pallet—and simply store them in a cool, dry place to ensure stable product performance.
