TPU hot melt adhesive is a plasticizable adhesive whose physical state changes with temperature within a certain temperature range, while its chemical properties remain unchanged. It is non-toxic, odorless, and classified as an environmentally friendly chemical product.
Hot melt adhesive is composed of a base resin, tackifier, plasticizer, antioxidant, and filler. After melting, the adhesive becomes a liquid that is delivered via the hot melt adhesive hose of a hot melt applicator onto the surface of the substrate to be bonded, or it can be formed into adhesive films or tapes for bonding purposes. Once cooled, the bonding process is complete. This adhesive boasts a wide range of applications, excellent elasticity, outstanding resistance to water washing, and a broad processing temperature and thermal activation temperature range. It exhibits exceptional bonding performance on fabrics, footwear materials, and garment fabrics.
