The colorless, transparent two-component adhesive is primarily prepared by dissolving TPU resin. There are not many TPU options available on the market; currently, the main ones used are 6023 and 6029 from Jintang Technology. The ratio of 6023 to 6029 is approximately 16:9, with a total solid content ranging from 22% to 28%. Solvents commonly used include dichloromethane, DBE, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, and toluene. The viscosity of the resulting adhesive is controlled within the range of 5,000 to 9,000 mPa·s. This adhesive features a long open time, good initial tack, high production efficiency for users, and prevents edge warping.

The production process and methods for TPU composite fabrics
The production process and methods for TPU-composite fabrics: There are two main approaches to manufacturing TPU-composite fabrics. One is called "post-application": First, a TPU film is produced, and then it is bonded to the fabric using adhesive. The other approach is called "in-line compounding": Adhesive is either applied directly onto the fabric or left unapplied, and the TPU is then directly extruded onto the fabric to create a TPU-composite fabric or a mesh-backed fabric.
